Supplier Terms

Last Updated: April 29, 2026

Effective Date: April 29, 2026

ItemFort Ltd. Liability Co. Website: itemfort.com

These Supplier Terms apply when you transfer supported Virtual Items to ItemFort for listing, review, return, resale, delivery, or payout.

For clarity, ItemFort uses the word "Supplier" because ItemFort purchases, resells, or commercially settles for supplied Virtual Items as principal. The Platform may use user-friendly labels such as "Sell Items" or "List Items," but the legal relationship is governed by these Supplier Terms.

These Supplier Terms are incorporated into the ItemFort Terms of Service.

1. Supplier Eligibility

To supply Virtual Items to ItemFort, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • have a Steam account in good standing;
  • have Steam Guard and required Steam security features enabled;
  • provide a valid Steam trade URL;
  • not be located in, ordinarily resident in, accessing from, or using payout details associated with a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction;
  • not be subject to sanctions;
  • provide accurate tax, payout, account, and compliance information when requested;
  • comply with these Supplier Terms, the Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

ItemFort may refuse supplier access, reject items, restrict accounts, delay payouts, or deny item returns at its discretion for legal, fraud, sanctions, payment, tax, operational, Steam, or platform integrity reasons.

2. Virtual Item Definition

For purposes of these Supplier Terms, "Virtual Item" means a supported in-game item, skin, digital item, Steam inventory item, license right, access right, entitlement, or similar digital content associated with a Steam account and supported by ItemFort.

Virtual Items are governed by Steam, Valve, applicable game publishers, technical restrictions, account restrictions, trade restrictions, and applicable law.

You do not represent that you own Valve's, Steam's, Team Fortress 2's, Counter-Strike's, or any game publisher's intellectual property, software, game content, item artwork, item names, inventory systems, Steam systems, or underlying platform rights.

Your representations relate only to your account control, authority to initiate the Steam trade, lawful conduct, item legitimacy, and absence of known restrictions or claims affecting the Virtual Item.

3. Transfer to ItemFort Bot Account

To list a Virtual Item on ItemFort, you must transfer the Virtual Item from your Steam account to a Steam bot account designated by ItemFort.

The transfer is performed through Steam functionality. ItemFort does not control Steam, Valve, Steam inventories, Steam accounts, Steam trade systems, Steam APIs, Steam Guard, trade holds, or publisher restrictions.

Once Steam confirms that the Virtual Item has been transferred to an ItemFort-designated Steam bot account, ItemFort may list the Virtual Item, control buyer-facing pricing, deliver the Virtual Item to a buyer, return the Virtual Item to you if eligible, reject the Virtual Item, delist the Virtual Item, or hold the Virtual Item for fraud, sanctions, payment, legal, tax, Steam, or compliance review.

This arrangement gives ItemFort practical platform-level control over the Virtual Item through the ItemFort-controlled Steam bot account. It does not create ownership by ItemFort of Valve's or any game publisher's underlying intellectual property, software, game content, Steam infrastructure, item artwork, item names, or platform rights.

4. Supplier Authority and Transfer Representations

By transferring a Virtual Item to an ItemFort-designated Steam bot account, you represent and warrant that:

  • you control the Steam account from which the Virtual Item is transferred;
  • you are authorized to access that Steam account and initiate the Steam trade;
  • the Virtual Item is reflected in that Steam account's inventory at the time of transfer;
  • the Virtual Item is eligible to be transferred through Steam functionality;
  • the Virtual Item was not obtained through theft, hacking, phishing, account compromise, fraud, exploitation, duplication, chargeback abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or other unlawful or prohibited conduct;
  • the Virtual Item is not knowingly subject to a third-party claim, Steam lock, trade restriction, publisher restriction, fraud investigation, dispute, lien, chargeback claim, or other restriction that would prevent ItemFort from listing, transferring, returning, or delivering it;
  • your transfer of the Virtual Item to ItemFort does not knowingly violate applicable law, sanctions rules, ItemFort policies, or any restriction applicable to your Steam account;
  • you are not using ItemFort to launder value, evade sanctions, monetize stolen items, cash out unauthorized payment activity, or conduct any prohibited value-transfer scheme.

You do not represent that you own Valve's or any game publisher's intellectual property or underlying game content. Your representations are limited to your authority and practical ability to transfer the Steam inventory item from your Steam account to an ItemFort-designated Steam bot account.

5. Listing and Minimum Supplier Payout

When supplying a Virtual Item, you may set or accept a minimum supplier payout. This is the minimum commercial amount you are willing to receive if ItemFort sells the Virtual Item.

ItemFort controls the final buyer-facing price, including discounts, promotions, pricing adjustments, bundles, merchandising, and listing placement.

ItemFort may discount a Virtual Item without additional supplier approval if the applicable supplier minimum payout is preserved.

If ItemFort cannot sell the Virtual Item while preserving your minimum supplier payout, ItemFort may keep the item listed, delist it, request a new minimum supplier payout, or return the item where eligible.

6. No Direct Buyer-Supplier Transaction

Suppliers do not sell directly to buyers on ItemFort.

Buyers purchase from ItemFort. Suppliers do not receive buyer funds. Suppliers do not communicate with buyers to complete payment. Suppliers do not have a claim against a buyer.

If a Virtual Item sells, ItemFort owes the supplier a commercial supplier payable according to these Supplier Terms.

7. Supplier Payable

If a supplied Virtual Item is sold through ItemFort and successfully delivered or made available to the buyer, ItemFort will create a commercial supplier payable in the amount determined under the applicable listing terms.

The supplier payable is consideration for the supplier's completed transfer of practical control of the Virtual Item to ItemFort and ItemFort's subsequent commercial resale/delivery transaction.

Supplier payables are not buyer money, wallet balances, stored value, e-money, escrow, deposits, bank balances, payment accounts, or funds held for transmission.

Supplier payables cannot be topped up by the supplier, transferred to other users, used to buy items, assigned, sold, pledged, or used outside ItemFort.

Supplier payables become eligible for payout only after applicable review, hold, settlement, compliance, tax, and payout provider requirements are satisfied.

8. Payout Methods and Minimum Payout

ItemFort may support supplier payouts through third-party payout providers, including Payoneer and Tipalti.

The minimum supplier payout request amount is USD $20, unless the Platform displays a different minimum due to provider, country, currency, fee, compliance, or operational requirements.

Payout availability depends on your country, payout provider support, account status, tax information, compliance review, provider rules, and applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate payout information. ItemFort is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect payout details submitted by you.

9. Payout Hold Periods

Supplier payables are subject to hold periods and review.

Default hold period

1 day after sale and successful delivery.

New supplier hold period

5 days.

Extended hold period

Up to 14 days for elevated-risk accounts, high-value sales, suspicious activity, payment disputes, Steam issues, fraud signals, sanctions concerns, tax review, payout provider review, or compliance review.

Manual review threshold

Sales, orders, or payout activity above USD $1,000 may be manually reviewed.

ItemFort may extend, shorten, or waive hold periods based on account trust, transaction history, provider requirements, chargeback risk, sanctions risk, item risk, Steam risk, or other compliance factors.

10. Tax and Payout Information

Suppliers are responsible for all taxes arising from supplier payables, including income tax, VAT, GST, self-employment tax, reporting obligations, and local tax compliance.

ItemFort or its payout providers may request personal information, tax forms, payout profile information, or other documentation, including W-9, W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, local tax forms, date of birth, address, tax identification number, or business information.

Identity verification may be handled by Tipalti, Payoneer, or another payout or compliance provider where required. ItemFort may also request additional information if required by law, provider rules, or risk review.

At launch, ItemFort may primarily collect personal and tax information required for supplier payout setup. Additional KYC, KYB, or identity verification may be required later through Tipalti, Payoneer, or another provider if required by law, provider rules, payment risk, payout risk, sanctions review, or compliance review.

Failure to provide required information may result in delayed, rejected, or unavailable payouts.

11. Cancellation and Return of Unsold Items

You may cancel an unsold listing and request that ItemFort return the applicable Virtual Item to your Steam account before it is sold.

Return requests are subject to:

  • item availability;
  • Steam functionality;
  • Steam trade eligibility;
  • bot availability;
  • correct trade URL;
  • Steam Guard status;
  • fraud review;
  • sanctions review;
  • compliance review;
  • payment dispute review;
  • technical limitations;
  • active investigations;
  • legal restrictions;
  • ItemFort's risk controls.

A return request is not guaranteed until the Virtual Item is successfully transferred from the ItemFort-controlled Steam bot account to the Steam account designated by you.

ItemFort may delay, deny, or condition a return request if ItemFort believes the Virtual Item, your account, your Steam account, your payment or payout activity, or related activity may involve fraud, theft, account compromise, sanctions risk, payment abuse, chargebacks, legal restrictions, Steam restrictions, or violation of ItemFort policies.

Once a Virtual Item has sold or has been committed to a buyer order, you may not cancel the listing or require return of the Virtual Item.

12. Item Rejection, Delisting, and Blocking

ItemFort may reject, delist, return, hold, freeze, or block any Virtual Item at any time if ItemFort believes the Virtual Item:

  • is stolen, hacked, exploited, duplicated, phished, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized;
  • violates Steam, Valve, publisher, or platform rules;
  • creates legal, sanctions, fraud, chargeback, tax, operational, or platform risk;
  • is subject to trade restrictions or reversal risk;
  • was submitted from a compromised account;
  • appears connected to suspicious activity;
  • is unsupported or operationally risky;
  • is associated with payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or sanctions risk.

ItemFort may also hold Virtual Items while reviewing fraud, payment, chargeback, sanctions, legal, tax, Steam, provider, or publisher-related concerns.

13. Chargebacks and Buyer Disputes

If a buyer payment is disputed, reversed, refunded, charged back, or identified as unauthorized, ItemFort may delay or withhold related supplier payables until the issue is resolved.

If ItemFort has already paid the supplier and later determines that the transaction involved fraud, stolen items, unauthorized activity, supplier breach, chargeback abuse, or other prohibited conduct, ItemFort may offset future supplier payables, seek repayment, suspend the account, deny future access, or pursue available remedies.

14. Prohibited Supplier Conduct

Suppliers may not:

  • submit stolen, hacked, phished, duplicated, exploited, restricted, disputed, or unauthorized Virtual Items;
  • use ItemFort to launder value, cash out fraud proceeds, evade sanctions, or abuse payment systems;
  • manipulate prices or listings;
  • use multiple accounts to bypass holds, reviews, limits, blocks, or sanctions screening;
  • submit false tax, identity, country, payout, account, Steam, item, or compliance information;
  • threaten, harass, scam, impersonate, or mislead users or staff;
  • attempt to interfere with ItemFort bots, pricing, delivery, fraud systems, compliance systems, or platform infrastructure;
  • violate Steam, Valve, or publisher rules.

15. Supplier Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ItemFort from claims, losses, disputes, chargebacks, costs, penalties, legal fees, tax liabilities, and damages arising from:

  • your breach of these Supplier Terms;
  • false or misleading item representations;
  • stolen, unauthorized, restricted, disputed, or fraudulently obtained Virtual Items;
  • tax or payout issues caused by your information;
  • Steam, Valve, or publisher violations;
  • fraud, laundering, sanctions evasion, payment abuse, or prohibited conduct;
  • chargebacks or disputes connected to your supplied Virtual Items.

16. Changes to Supplier Terms

ItemFort may update these Supplier Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Platform or communicated where appropriate.

Continued use of supplier features after changes become effective means you accept the updated Supplier Terms.
