Giveaway Rules

These Giveaway Rules apply to ItemFort promotional giveaways.

1. No Purchase Required

No purchase is required to enter or win an ItemFort giveaway unless a specific promotion states otherwise and is legally permitted.

Making a purchase does not increase the chance of winning.

2. Eligibility

Unless a specific giveaway states otherwise, entrants must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where the giveaway is lawful.

Users in restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions may not participate.

ItemFort employees, contractors, and immediate family members may be excluded.

3. Prize

Giveaway prizes are Virtual Items only unless otherwise stated.

Prizes are not legal tender, currency, stored value, financial instruments, deposits, or cash equivalents. No cash alternative is offered unless ItemFort expressly states otherwise.

ItemFort may substitute a prize of similar type if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

4. Entry

Giveaway entry instructions will be displayed on the applicable giveaway page.

ItemFort may reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, abusive, or otherwise violate ItemFort policies.

5. Winner Selection

Winners may be selected randomly or according to criteria stated in the specific giveaway.

ItemFort's decisions are final, subject to applicable law.

6. Delivery

Prizes are delivered through Steam trade functionality or another supported delivery method.

Winners are responsible for providing a valid Steam trade URL and maintaining a Steam account capable of receiving trades.

If a winner cannot receive the prize within a reasonable time, ItemFort may select another winner.

7. No Gambling or Raffle

ItemFort giveaways are promotional activities. ItemFort does not operate gambling, betting, wagering, raffles, mystery boxes, casinos, or paid chance-based games.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with accepting a prize.

9. Disqualification

ItemFort may disqualify users for fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, botting, manipulation, sanctions risk, policy violations, or unlawful conduct.
