This Notice explains how ItemFort handles supplier payables, payout providers, tax information, fraud review, sanctions screening, restricted jurisdictions, and compliance controls.
1. No Buyer Wallet or Money Transmission Service
ItemFort does not provide buyer wallets, deposits, stored-value accounts, money transmission, remittance, crypto services, escrow accounts, or user-to-user payment services.
Supplier Payables are commercial amounts owed
Supplier payables are commercial amounts owed by ItemFort to suppliers after eligible Virtual Item sales. They are not buyer funds, stored value, e-money, deposit accounts, payment accounts, escrow balances, wallet balances, or funds held for transmission.
2. Supplier Payout Providers
ItemFort may process supplier payouts through third-party payout providers, including Tipalti and Payoneer.
Payout providers may require suppliers to submit information, tax documentation, identity details, payout account details, or additional verification. Provider requirements may vary by country, currency, payout method, and risk profile.
ItemFort does not guarantee that every payout method is available in every country.
3. Minimum Payout
The minimum supplier payout request amount is USD $20, unless a higher or lower amount is displayed due to provider rules, fees, currency, jurisdiction, or operational requirements.
4. Hold Periods
Supplier payables are subject to risk-based hold periods.
Standard hold
1 day after eligible sale and delivery.
New supplier hold
5 days.
Extended review
Up to 14 days or longer where required by law, provider rules, payment disputes, suspicious activity, fraud concerns, sanctions concerns, Steam issues, tax review, or legal review.
High-value manual review
Activity above USD $1,000 may trigger manual review.
ItemFort may adjust hold periods based on trust level, prior history, transaction risk, item risk, provider requirements, payment risk, Steam risk, or compliance concerns.
